Mechanical- and hydraulic hoeing machine controls

To make hoeing as accurate as possible, HAK has developed steering aids to facilitate this. We have mechanical, hydraulic as well as camera and GPS controlled steering aids. The mechanically steerable hoes you simply use behind the tractor, you can then hoe with a 2nd driver making steering corrections. This allows you to manually correct your hoe which improves accuracy. There is also a hydraulically controlled version where the second driver uses a joystick to hydraulically correct the machine.

GPS Disk Control

If you have any GPS system with machine steering, then you can purchase GPS steering discs from HAK that you can mount to your hoeing machine. HAK then supplies the mechanical part, namely GPS discs with steering cylinder, an attachment for your machine and an antenna bracket. Your GPS supplier will provide you with an angle measurement sensor and the necessary valves. With this system, you can use GPS to steer your hoeing machine, which will increase the ease of use during hoeing.

Camera control for hoeing machine

If you are looking for the cutting edge in terms of steering your hoeing machine, then the camera controlled hoe is an excellent investment for your farm. The camera recognizes crop rows and, in case of deviation, steers your machine to the center of the row. This obviously provides ease of use and accuracy when hoeing. The mechanical part consists of a very compact, fully bearing HAK side-shift. HAK's camera control is easy to set up and operate. You can also easily use it with multiple hoes because of the optional quick-change buck. In addition, you can add options such as stabilization discs, camera mount on the side shift, feelers and manual operation. With a camera-controlled machine, you can hoe quickly and accurately and increase your productivity.
